It is very difficult to measure and assess quality, cleanliness and compliance when comparing third-party service providers.  Unless you have used their services, how do you know that they can deliver the quality service that they promise?  A warehouse industry leader in 1994, as Palmer Logistics (our previous name), we maintained ISO 9002 certification.  Although Premier does not have the certification, we utliize the same quality program.  Additionally, regarding cleanliness our daily sanitation program is supported by following the process and procedures of the quarterly inspections from Steritech, and our safety program is endorsed by consulting specialists. 

Why do we use ISO 9002 guidelines?
